[OUT] (sw), (SL), (ER), (SS) Duties are – Checking for messages, Researching, Responding. 1 hr / day Receive Communications (HelpDesk) and Perform Public Services such as Matching Patient (or other Person or Group in Need of Help) to Doctor, Grower, Attorney or other Resource. [HELP] (sw), (SL), (ER), (SS) Duties are - processing communications (contacts), logging comms, routing messages, performing research, responding with information; further communication, education and enabling (activation) as nec. 10 hr / week Help folks build and set up facilities and resources for the medical cannabis community and public at large. Train and educate individuals and groups on “how to”. Network them together to maximize efficiency and productivity. [HELP, NET] (Dal.W), (Dar.W), (Nik.W), (Jr.W) Duties are counselling growers / patients on matching up and related issues; caseworking cardholders in general on the issues; reviewing potential grow-sites, researching and networking resources. 10 hr / week Find Places, Arrange and Manage Meet-Ups and Meetings for People and Groups by Condition, Region, Situation or other Classification. Network and Empower individuals and groups to do the same. [NET] (PS), (SW), (ER), (SL) Duties are researching, reserving and securing meeting and meet-up places and resources (chairs, etc.). 5 hr / week Network and Enable entities such as Associations, Guilds, Unions and other Professional and Service Provider individuals and groups into Resources for the Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) community and Public at large. [OUT, NET] (PS) Duties are Group organizing by demographic – IE, profressionals, etc. – as we encounter them thru OutReach. Network like-minded folks together into Associations, Guilds, Unions and the like. 1 hr / week HelpDesk Program. Patient Help, basic – How To Qualify (Register) with State Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Program, what to do then (Where to Find Medicine, etc.) and Counseling in general. [HELP] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS) Duties are – receive Communication (from L-o-C), research, document and Respond. 1 hr / day depending on flow, activity. The MERCY ClubHouse. Getting Places and Hosting Meetings and Meet-Ups for the medical cannabis community to network – to Match-Up Patients and Growers, hand out Excess Medicine or other Resources, Information – and Contact – Exchange, Socializing and the like. [OUT, HELP, NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS), (Dal.W), (Dar.W), (Nik.W), (Jr.W), (+!). Main duty is to educate attendees that Oregon law does not allow Exchange for Consideration, not even as a “Donation”, and that they have to well and truly give it away. Duties are … getting and maintaining Place; checking IDs and making sure everybody there is Legal; Receiving Excess Medicine and Disseminating same along with info on best methods for Medicating; Matching Growers and Patients; matching current Growers and those to be. 4 hr / week Trans-Support Program – Currently networking volunteers to match-up rides as needed per situation. Plan to write Grants and other Fundraising to sponsor professional services network for transporting Patients, other People involved or even Resources to help with the Issues. [HELP, NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS) Duties are research and document all transport options and resources available – -1- external services and resources, especially those for the disabled, -2- internal, volunteers with vehicles, drivers license, insurance, gas, etc; then, Allocating and networking (car pools) resources by need / situation. 5 hr / week Patient Help Fund Program, financial – write Grants and other Fundraising to create funding for indigent Patients to help with State Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Program registration fees and related. [HELP] (PS), (SW), (SL), (KC) Duties are research all options for cardholders and apply. Set up fund, plan and execute fundraisers. 5 hr / week Green Room Consultants Program/project. Network construction contractors, electricians and such with people that want to help and the Patients / CareGivers / Growers that need them and their Services. Publish the information, getting feedback, Sharing the knowledge, making it an open resource. [OUT, HELP, NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS), (Dal.W), (Dar.W), (Nik.W), (Jr.W) Duties are – receiving Requests for Grow Help, performing Consultations; including Travel, doing Outreach and Developing Networking Resources to Help with the situations. 1 hr / day The MERCY Clinic project. Educating Doctors – and other medical professionals - on Cannabis as Medicine, Rules and Regulations on signing for Patients. Finding Doctors to do Clinics and other Medical, Health and Well-Being oriented Services. Hospice Care, both Home and Facility. How to be a Doctor, etc. [OUT, HELP, NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS), (SM). Educating Doctors, Matching Doctors and Patients; Info on others Clinics, How To Clinic – both Medical Cannabis oriented as well as full service, regular kind. Duties are Maintain Referral System as we Plan and Gather info and Resources to make our own Clinics happen. 1 hr / week University of Cannabis Project. Classes, Seminars and other School related. “Teach to Fish” and “Teach to Teach to Fish”. [HELP, NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS). Plan and Gather info and Resources to make it happen. Duties are Gathering requests for information and education; researching for response; organizing into curriculum. Planning and Resourcing towards building accredited school to teach these things. 5 hr / week The MERCY Network Program. Networking - Outreach, Information Research, Storage and more Networking of the Results. Non-Profit as well as Business and other For Profit venture Networking. The “How To Organize” –and- Small “CannaBiz” Network (SCBA!) and other Focus and Support groups for (a) Businesses, Professionals and other Business-related individuals and entities, and (b) People and Groups volunteering their time, energy and funding for the cause or related. [NET] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS). Reaching out, making Contact with Individuals, Organizations and Businesses on and thru the Issue of Medical Cannabis. Determining their needs and issues specific to Org or Biz formation or whatever their Project needs, and responding with resources to help. Duties are Receiving contacts from OutReach and HelpDesk and organizing into groups, building liaisons between the groups for the purposes of shared, open resource networking. 10 hr / week The MERCY Library Project. Library(s) and Library Networks; Publishing and Distributing Resources. To make information available to medical cannabis community and public at large. [OUT, HELP] (PS), (SW), (SL), (ER), (SS). Otherwise Plan and Gather info and Resources to make it happen in the long run, IE- it’s own building, etc. Duties are maintaining Library space in Office and On-Line version. 1 hr / week The MERCY Museum Project. Historical Information; Museum(s), on-line and off. [OUT, NET] (PS), (SW). Plan and Gather info and Resources to make it happen. Duties are Note and Gather items of historical reference for display.
