Voter Power pioneered the medical marijuana Meetings & Meet-Ups process here in Oregon in the late 90’s. Since then they have helped to qualify thousands of patients for the OMMPand they are scheduling Meetings & Meet-Ups all around Oregon on an ongoing basis. If you have records diagnosing a debilitating illness or condition covered by the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, VP sponsored Meetings & Meet-Ups may be of help. Their doctors can qualify you for the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) if you meet certain criteria. Call Voter Power to inquire further or to make an appointment. |

Local Patient advocacy as well as national Drug Policy Reform. MAMA has been involved with the Oregon program since its beginning in 1998. MAMA has 25 years experience providing harm reduction education. At our Portland clinic they help patients with a diagnosed medical condition, which qualifies under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program, to register with the Program. In Oregon, where MAMA is based, the Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) allows registered patients to use marijuana for many conditions including chronic pain. Patients may grow their own medicine, or get a caregiver to grow for them. |

AMOP is dedicated to providing access to, and information about, alternative forms of healing -- not to replace traditional allopathic medicine, but to work in conjunction with, and to compliment the treatment programs provided by allopathic medicine. AMOP has a physician who does entire physical examinations for patients. From these examinations, the doctor evaluates medical conditions and makes recommendations for treatments and referrals to the State of Oregon Health Department to enable patients to receive their OMMP Oregon Medical Marijuana Program Medical Cannabis Card. The doctor does not prescribe any narcotic pain medicines. The patient's primary care provider is the doctor that you use for those medications. |
